RevRecap monitors for failed payments in real-time. Whenever a recurring payment fails, we start our retry process and attempt to recover the payment.
We use multiple attributes like error codes, geo data, card issuers, and your customer data over time to constantly improve our retry process.
We also offer an optional email campaign for customers who have a low chance of recovery with retries, and instead, try prompt card updates at optimal times.
Setting up Revrecap is done in two easy steps:
